International Protocols Introduced at KTU

On 13 October 2025, the Office of Internationalization at Karadeniz Technical University (KTU) held an information session with the Departments of Software Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, and Architecture to introduce existing and newly signed international cooperation protocols.

During the meetings, the partner universities’ academic structures, exchange opportunities, and participation requirements were presented in detail. The primary aim of the event was to encourage student and staff mobility, foster joint research and educational initiatives, and strengthen international collaborations in a sustainable manner.

This activity forms part of KTU’s internationalization strategy aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) — particularly Quality Education (SDG 4), Reduced Inequalities (SDG 10), and Partnerships for the Goals (SDG 17). Through global academic cooperation, KTU aims to enhance knowledge exchange, intercultural engagement, and sustainable development-oriented learning environments.
